The psychoeducation service is aimed at any individual experiencing a challenge or imbalance in their personal development.
It's also aimed at parents of school-age children (7-12 years old) and adolescents (13-17 years old) who have questions about their children's behavior, who want to validate their educational approach or integrate new educational strategies.

À l’école

This approach is based on a thorough assessment of people's adaptation capacities in their environment, followed by the development and implementation of intervention plans including measurable and observable objectives.

We work closely with the people we support, as well as their loved ones, to create bonds of trust that are essential to the success of the intervention.

This profession is essential to help individuals better adapt to their environment and improve their quality of life.

This therapy is for you if....

  • You've noticed that your child/teenager’s behavior has changed. Perhaps he/she is more withdrawn? Does he/she communicate with less ease?  Does he/she show signs of aggression? Do you feel helpless because of these behaviors?

  • Are you going through a difficult time or a significant event that worries you and challenges your ability to adapt?

  • Do you have physical or psychological symptoms that persist and affect different areas of your life?
